How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
You will talk to an independent tree removal provider. That is a local business that does the work itself. Datewith Tree Service is the link that helps you find one.
There are no staff profiles on this page, and that is on purpose. The people who matter here are the providers who come to your home.
What happens next
Here is the usual path:
- You send a request or request a callback and describe the tree.
- Your details go to a provider in our network who serves your area.
- The provider contacts you and often visits to look at the job.
- You get a written quote and decide what to do.
Timing depends on the provider. Many can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.
What to ask a provider
First-timers often wonder what to say. Try these questions:
- Are you licensed and insured? Can I see proof?
- Is cleanup and hauling in the price?
- Does the quote include stump grinding, or is that extra?
- How will you protect my roof, lawn, and fence?
- When could you start?
- Can I have the price in writing?
For a storm-damaged tree, also ask if they can help document the damage for an insurance claim.
During the visit
When a provider comes out, walk the yard with them. Point out anything you worry about, like a shed, a pool, or a buried line. A good provider will explain the plan in plain words and answer your questions.
You are in control
You can say no at any point. You can ask for a second quote. You can take a day to think, unless the tree is a danger right now.
If a tree is touching power lines, stay back and contact your utility. Do not go near it.
Ready to talk to a provider?
A short request is all it takes to begin. Providers do the work, and you make the call.
Tell us what happened
Request an estimate and tell us about your tree. A provider in our network will follow up. Prefer to talk? Request a callback to check provider availability.
